Day 14, wow! 14 straight days of running!!! I guess then it was fitting to put up my best per kilometer time yet. Short and sweet. I don't think I even made it to 15mins. Maybe I just had a case of the Mondays. With little sleep last night thanks to a pacing Ralph maybe I just needed a nap. Short but fun and today was all about stepping up the pace. I'm happy with 4:30/k but I'm even happier with today's pace. Here's to keeping it up. Peep the dets. :)
