So it begins. 30 days of running day 1.
I figure that I'm not going set and goal for length of run on any given day. A minimum of 3k thought on any given day is a must. I really just wanna see how I feel and maybe even how my time changes over the 30 days.
DAY 1....this was yesterday
Distance: 5.75k
Time: 25 mins 52 sec
Pace: 4:25/k
This fast time was fueled by the Red Wings losing their 5th in a row. The run helped me shake off the anger.
